lost items restore after server restart ?

greetings,

after the patch o3/o9 i have lost the chalice of thunder.
also the char's cloak ( on the charackter screen only ) looks different since then.
i assume some server restarts have happend but the item isnt restored.


this realy limited my motivation, because the purple chalice is essentiel for my main dok
and i have no chance to get it back ingame.

i've read some similar posts and understand the difficulties, otherwise its the ostland reward item,
may this makes it different.
