True. But this game is with players comunnity. If people would vote to make sets for Scout's Medallions then devs should make it if most of people want it :)
Greetings.
This is no democracy, so the devs can and should do what they deem best for the project. That may sometimes coincide with what the community wants. But we are not entitled to anything, we are testers for an alpha server. The community should not try to force or otherways persuade dev to do anything, we may suggest changes and discuss them but nothing more. The power to decide rests with dev and dev alone.

By saying this I wasn't mean forcing and telling devs what we want. I was mean that if we suggest to devs one thing and more people will agree it then devs should agree for this too :P. I know my English isn't best but I trying make my best :)
Greetings.

most of the time we actually have a plan on what we are we doing and maybe even more insight on thinks that a normal player would just overlook

in this case its very simple this game got limited content by using the 1.4 armor system it even renders more of that little content we have or can use useless ( aka pve dungeons and pve sets thats like 50% of t4 content lost )

so thats why we decided to use the old system more content means ppl play longer means server is more populatet and ppl will get bored not so fast

Content for the sake of of pvp balance in t4 and lower tiers.
On a sidenote, there are ways to make pve armors relevant again.
Dying is no option.

You mean a option where we could buy PVE sets or farm them ?

You farm rvr armors as well, because you earn the currency by doing rvr.
To earn pve armors you should exclusively pve.

I see. But I think that first should be maken RvR sets. Why do all items need to be farmed ? Actually players spending more time for farming than fighting on RvR :P. Sorry it's not WOW where you can get stuff only when you farm.. It's WAR. Here you should be more on RVR than farming stuff. Not everyone are able to farm items 24/7. 96% of our community got his own life where we need work and other many stuffs. We can't just focus on farming items to the game. Remember that please :)

Farming in this context is basically playing the game. It only becomes a work, when you set high goals in a short time frame.

In basically PvE game like WoW. Here basic is RvR. Here should be spended most time :) And don't make please excuses "need farming because game can boring players". On live I played trial (max 10 lvl - for free) 1,5 year on KOTBS where I never changed items and never farmed for them for whole year.. and no.. game never bored me. Now i think it's sick that farming is "required".. after all there becoming topics "why there is so small players on RvR ? :(" so just add stuff who can be bought on vendor. Like this last added jelws, gear, weps (btw. thanks, great job devs :)). But there still should be more stuff added.. better (example : blue-rare)ones who would be more expensive but just stop adding stuff where you need farm it 12 hours and when you finally get it then next day would be probally update where your actually dropped item begin a crap :) It's for real stupid method to "keep players playing and don't let become bored of playing RoR". Sorry for leaving a mainly topic of price set but I was needed to tell it
