Question: ORVR Influence

Hi,

This might be a stupid question, but be gentle.

I cant remember how things used to work out back in the days.
I'm one of those who likes to do everything in a game, achievements, maxed WAR-story, titles and so on.

So, you can only get influence in T1 ORVR (War-story T1) by participating in the T1 fighting, right?
So if I leveled up to lvl 12 and didn't participate in Dwarf/Greenskins T1, then I can no longer receive influnce in Dwarf/Greenskin T1?
Am I right?
