They don't at the moment.

We should return to original WAR, where mounts did appear much later than now. Bolster has boosted to X8 level, for example level 1 was made 8, not 11.

i would like more a mid way between 1.4.0 and old system

t1 no mount /t1-t2 5g mount 30% speed
t3-15 g mount 50% speed
t4 150g mount 60% speed, and other mounts

it's more proportional and also you have 100% chance to have those money when you enter that bracket (well not for t4 but you need to work hard at somepoint anyway)
