error after latest patch

I can't login after the latest patch, the following error occurs:

Error starting: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (4551): An error occurred trying to start process 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Return of Reckoning\WAR.exe' with working directory 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Return of Reckoning'. An Application Control policy has blocked this file.

Get it out of programs files, the instructions specifically state that. Move it to c:\games or just c:\Return of Reckoning.

Right click the folder and uncheck read only, hit ok or accept on any popups. open launcher, hit repair, you should be good after that. May not even need to hit repair

You're welcome, did it fix your issue? Windows likes to add random locks on files so it could work for months or days before bugging out.
