Are there any other design choices like this in the game that ask you to spend 8 mastery points in order to break even on power distribution? I can't think of anything else this obscene to read when looking at a tooltip. It's like some pve tactic. Remember the old PVE tactics from WL Guardian Tree?

If the idea of squishy mdps getting tiny heals while doing their normal damage is so offensive, then perhaps redesign these tactics entirely. Also, with stealth being 30 sec now. The enveloping shadows and protection from heresy tactics seem out of place. It's almost as if they were designed at a time when stealth was longer. I think integrating these tactics into stealth itself and adding new tactics would make WH/WE feel more complete.

Yep, no one is using that crap tactic anymore. The goal was to get the deftards out of the lake... mission accomplished.

It would be great if we could replace that with a DPS tactic.

Return the glorious 50% arm pen tactic and return mid range to ruthless assault.
