In the scenario channel, I wrote “POINT” — P-O-I-N-T — to tell the players to go precisely to the point. Another player said “co-flag”, and a few seconds later, I’d say about 20–30 seconds after my first “POINT”, I wrote “POINT” again.
Then, about another 30 seconds later, I wanted to give my group an indication that there were players on the point, but I got a message saying that I had been muted for one hour and that I could contact a Game Master if needed.
The problem is that I can’t really do that since I’m muted for an hour.
I also don’t understand why I was muted for an hour. Was the fact that I wrote the same message twice within about 30 seconds automatically detected as abuse, or did a Game Master decide that it was inappropriate and mute me for an hour?
Could you please clarify this for me?

Re: Muted 1 hour
A one hour mute is the type that is automatically applied to a character by the server when certain chat words trigger the filter. So you likely said something naughty and the server put you in timeout.
