[TOOL] Item Finder

Hey RoR-addicts!

I've been tinkering with another way to query the killboard/api for items, current state is below

Its a work in progress, endgame is some sort of template builder ala what I used when I played DAOC, but probably also some linking functionality with RoRPlanner (https://rorplanner.pages.dev/) Talladego has built.

I've been working on an addon for gear-progression ingame, but got kind of stuck, which led me to start to integrate more into the webapi/killboard to feed that, so this is sort of a sideproject of that.

We'll see where it goes.
Hope someone finds it useful in its current somewhat degenerate state.

How is it working? Like i mean, for example there is a cool skin of a WH coat, called Longcoat of the Enchanted Trees, there is no info on this white ****, but if i have the addon, is the info uploaded/ added to the addon after i manage to get the piece? Nice addon, ty mate!

Hey!

No, its purely talking to the same API the killboard does, nothing integrates with anything ingame, so cant populate it with ingame activities, at least not yet. I have some integration with the RoR-Wiki when it tries to add more info to some sources the API returns, but thats about it right now, also made some merchant-dumps for items that are available in the cities, but thats it.

Quick update: Item Finder presets now match the 2026-09-17 patch. Updated T1–T4 item levels and equip-rank ranges, added Oathkeeper and Holdfast presets, and added Shiny Treasure to the currency picker for the new jewelry and cosmetic cloaks.

Quick update:

Would be cool if there will be some filters by quality of item, in future.

Would it be possible to add +attack speed to search filters?

Both suggestions are now added! There's a Rarity dropdown for item quality, and Auto-attack speed is available as a stat-filter.
