New Lockout allows for Infinite T1?

Will the new Lockout system allow for a maxed BiS t1 toon to stay indefinitely in the lake and farm lowbies?

This being due to the lock out removes all xp and renown gain; while allowing you to fight in the RvR lakes.

if it works as its stated than yes, you would just have to relock your self every 90 mins or so.

I dont think this lock out is as good as they thought it would be lol. I get to xrealm and feed my friends xp and crests? o no
