T1 already dies in NA, and while there is a good amount of 16-39 in t4 warbands, most of the organization comes from rank 40 players that wont be there in t2/3 to start warbands so the warbands that will show up will be much weaker in terms of longevity. Things get to a critical point where the time spent is no longer worth it and players who would stick around for longer dont becauase the pop is too low etc.galaxgal wrote: Wed Mar 25, 2026 1:06 am Yeah I'm actually not sure that the pop is "too small" for t2-t3 to be its own thing, at prime time you can easily see 6 warbands packed into a zone and a good chunk of that is pre-40.
Why not have the best of both worlds, a place in T2-3 for pre-40 players to play on a more even ground but also the option to go into T4 if those pre-40 zones are dead? If the T2-T3 zones really are being underutilized it can just be reverted.
Im leveling a bg now and i play after like 5pm us central. My options are afking in a warband while i study or watch youtube (because rvr at this time is so ubelievably one sided), waiting 30 mins for an sc to pop as a tank, or soloing pqs. Really exciting stuff.
I miss asking a friend to PL me to 40 in a matter of like 3 hours to 40, sure my gear sucks but I have most of my skills, and back then scs poped all the time, rvr was more interrsting with city pushes and it wasnt 1 side smashing pugs because we now have unified currency that makes doing this 10x more profitable than before because even lvl 16 drop something you can buy sov with.
