Hello, Scottx, thx for very nice WP guide.
I have few comments on your RR 80 build:

- your RR 80 Mastery Build link seems like incomplete - no tactics or morals picked, check it out

- According to the build, you skipped Word of Wisdom which (I think) is powerful healing tool against heavy damage pressure. WoW works with the spells like Divine Light for everyone in group and you will also get 2 ticks WoW from Martyr's Blessing channel - that is huge in RvR.

- Personally, I would prefer more crit oriented Renown build, something like this:

This guide has been up for several years now, the word of wisdom ability, was not in game several years ago, I myself have only been back 2 days after a 3-year break, and it was new to me, as was the removal of intimidating repent tactic. I don`t think he's updated the build since the changes, as he still mentions using intimidating repent tactic. but overall still an ok guide.

Yeah sorry I've not been active for awhile, guild collapsed, took a break and real-life and other things took over. When I come back once the ability rework is done and RVR has been overhauled I'll look into re-working the guide. For the most part it still works with caveats.

What is the setup for healing in PVE? What tactics and renown abilities are useful?

PVE should be mostly similar. Though you rely more on your HoTs as they're more efficient and you supplicate more often as smiting isn't a great idea . That being said, there's more flexibility. You can run a pure Salv spec, supplicate and throw out heals, include more support stuff like refreshing radiance etc (shouldn't need anything defensive if everyone is playing properly). You can even run a Grace spec as they're pretty amazing(at least from when I last tried it nearly two years ago) in PvE.

TLDR: whatever you want, your goal for PVE is to pump pure heals or damage or provide support for your tanks and dps just like ORVR. Just feel free to focus less on defence and more on min-maxing, so long as your team knows what they're doing you shouldn't die easily.
