Maybe it would be good idea to create separete rewards for finishing event scenarios in party of same players.
Reward for finishing all scenarios event tasks with:duo trio, sixman of same players in party.
Possible effect is creating players social structure/ (friend list/guild teams ect.)by using small revards. Players would be supported in playing in same team and connect people to form organised and better performing partys in the future.

I like this idea. Grouping up is the surest way of winning, but it seems that most ppl still don't think this is incentive ebough. Giving in-game rewards for grouping up could improve ppl willingness to join parties.
