Returning player trying to retrieve old account

Oi! Oi! Hey everyone! I am a returning player. My old account has a lot of time invested in endgame characters achievements etc. I can not remember my login information for the life of me. I have requested a PW reset link, and it never comes. I have tried making a new account with my email address, and it says email is already in use. I have put in a ticket 3 weeks to a month ago and still no response. I have also tried to reach out in game to GMs. I do remember that RoR is a passion project ran by a small group of individuals. I am reaching out to you guys to see if there is anything else I can try to recover my account information? Maybe I'm just missing a certain link on the website? Curious if there is a better way to get ahold of a admin for help? thanks for reading and please continue to spread BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!
