Newbie - cant get in to game - server closed connection

Hey I just installed and made characters both on order and chaos. Im trying to log in put it says server closed your connection.
I check the server status and its up and theres players online. What do I need to do? Any help apreciated.

If, after selecting a character, the game does not go through the login process, type the /stuck command twice (chat works even if you can't see it) it should throw the character to the starting location and should log it in.

Did you create your characters on the correct server region, or is there a chance you selected a different region from where you’re trying to log in?

Any information how it works?

Since some time, like a month or two im unable to login via Wi-Fi hotspot on laptop is it because GSM has location spoofing? How it looks - i connect, log in and see characters list but once i press "Play" it disconnects without opening login connection (loading map is not shown).
