Agreed that Ch/Kotbs Shouldnt be higher than 25%. 50% Aoe heal debuffs are needed back, to Dps Dok/Wp Dps Rp/Ze. 25% Heal debuff proc(Guile) should be distributed more equally, Now blorc/Choppa can use 2h and have that proc on destro side. Order gets Wp/Wl/Ib/Slayer.

Return original procs to rr38 influence items, these had much more crit and they had Boost V procs for EVERY class. That is the 12% Crit dmg/9% Crit. Didnt matter if it was 1h wpn or 2h wpn you got this proc from influence wpns/tier 4 epic quest wpns. Both of these are under lvl 40 so this would really help current RoR.

All classes also got 7pc Sovereign bonus Boost VII 20% Crit dmg/10% Crit on top of Having Boost V or some VI. So these Stacked to 32-38% Critical dmg and 19% Crit.

Crit is obviously the best option because it has Rng and its the same for everyone. Critical heal/dmg without modifiers is 35-55% Increase.

Imho improve the renown for crit, 3 crit / 5 crit/ 6 crit / 8 crit. Futile strikes is too overpowered in comparison. 15 renown for 5 crit increase, or 15 renown for -9 crit reduction, what is up with that ?

Increase the sentinel strone to 5% crit. Improve sov bonus to 8 % crit. 7% crit Fort weapons, 5% crit sc weapons.

Remove Kotbs healing effect on team mates and stuff like that, random scenarios are unplayble since with a few high armor/guarded aoe healers it's just the most boring kind of gameplay.

I would rather watch paint dry on the wall than play RoR in this mode, it is torture even if you win. Then people wonder why most quit playing the scenarios and just a few people try to justify it every time.

Overall yeah damage should be increased, healing is too overpowered in MMO'S anyways.

Nah, a passively applied heal debuff, which can't be removed (unless removing the tank), with auras should never be higher than 25%.
That's exactly right.
Otherwise no dps would buy out hd because it would be pointless.
Additionally, the game really doesn't need any more reinforcement of brainless aoe but rather an appreciation of the complexity of ST.

The damage buffed and Lowered CGD to 1.1 is what bring life to this server i garanteed it !

Sometimes I have the feeling that DDs think that they are the only people who are allowed to have fun. As if tanks and healers are not real people that play this game too. If they do their job well, of course you're going to have a hard time killing someone.

What do you guys want? A game with only DDs where you can kill each other in 0.5 seconds?

Sounds to me like balance has been achieved as half the people think TTK is too short, half think its too long :D

You do a good job sure as a healer but then what? Where are kills coming from? Healers dont run out of mana in RoR and there are no cooldown abilities that you can time bursts around. Guard doesnt even have a cooldown to prevent swaps. Neither does detaunt. There is no progressive elements in the gameplay.
This means that RoR is either bursty and people die fast. Or a team that is 'doing their job' aka guarding and pressing party heal will shrug of all damage and there is no momentum at all.

The original developers designed RoR to be bursty.
