This is a great question! :P I dont think so but i have no clue! I think its more blindluck that SH has a unique helmet from it.

As a general rule, if you dont find a Armor piece in the appearance guide , try to buy green Gear at your capital vendors. There is no hidden Gear in quests.

After a long break, I've come back to find that the appearance of the item has changed again.
So I've lost my Prussian helmet for the second time. :(

Does anyone know which item it is now? How to get the appearence back?
