DoK Tier2 reward

Hello.
Recently there was a change in stats for DoK t2 rvr chalice reward, where stats were fixed. The thing is, not knowing that it would be fixed later, I've chosen another reward instead of that chalice and now I'd like to have it. The question is, can you help me with that?

We can't reimburse items at this time, no matter the circumstance. Please don't ask for help with that here - there are no exceptions.

Is it a big deal to reset DoK inf rewards in next upcoming patch so people can redo their choices?

So basically it's get the item which may or not be fixed or screw you? From my experience with sql, it's no brainer to get one item out of inventory/equip and give another.

The reason it's not done is because all of the people who have access to the live server's DB are developers. Something like this should fall under the purview of game masters.

I myself have enough to deal with without having to attend to issues that should be within someone else's scope.

I'm not suggesting to drop everything and compensate unsatisfied players, but implement reward reset for fixed items somewhere in the patch, when all top priority things are done.
Or you could think of some GM interface(usually GMs do have limited access to DB too, or you can make it so) to eliminate all future lost items topics, just a thought.

You aren't a player, you're a tester. Meant to test the game for bugs and report them in the tracker if they aren't up there. The devs are not here to fix what you want. You are allowed to play to help them. For some reason ppl seem to forget that.

I'm here to play and report all the bugs I find, not abuse them like order does in masses, since they can't play already op classes with not so much broken rewards/skills. I report stuff, but I am required to find proofs, unlike some order players, who just whine they got owned and demand to change the way skills work, while using bunny hops and other exploits. Go find some underdog to lecture, boy.

normal we don`t Change item stats. I don`t know why this happen here. We will see if we set it back to original stats.
