Bracing and Flak Jacket stacking

I'm leveling an engineer and soon could buy gear for the soldier ward.

Do you know if the 5 pieces bonus set from duelist "Bracing - On Being Hit: 10% chance to increase Armor by 545 for 10 seconds" stacks with the career ability "Flak Jacket" ?
Absolutist - WH 7X - solo and no crafted potions !

yes flack jacket and magus equvalent does stack with Armor potions, and procs.
