Guild leveling.

Hello, im writing this after starting my own guild a month ago.

I currently have 48 members to my guild as of writing this and the guild is almost level 11.

In my current opinion from having the guild for a bit now, leveling guild takes far too long and is a net negative experience overall, having it be such a grind doesn't improve/benefit or make a fun experience overall for starting a guild.

If anything is a big deterant to wanting to create guild, RP guilds, etc in general due to getting port scrolls to PvE, among other things and other long standing guilds just consuming the playerbase due to just being level 40, regardless of theme, quality or anything. I have had multiple people wanting to join my guild but declining at the current due to them being in the starter guild and that being level 40 and the people not wanting to lose benefits of a level 40 guild. It seems like a massive anti-player system that a starter guild is far more valueable than a player run guild strictly due to being level 40 and the benefits it gives.

I have my members voting on guild cape design etc, but they wont even be able to use it for potentially 1month+ before itll be on their capes etc.

In my opinion MASSIVELY reduce level up time, remove leveling up guild or make atleast the first 20 levels massively fast just so people can get the basics of guild cape/banner designs etc.

Opinions and feedback welcomed. Thank you.

The grind in almost everything in this game is too long IMO. Why it's not realized that if the grind was less people would roll and level more alts and advancing a toon would be more rewarding and PVP more enjoyable.
That said, I own a guild that has 3 active members, one that's on daily and has spent much time grinding the guild up to 40 (it took 3 years). Try gathering your guild into a PVE party or WB and tackling some T4 PQs, they give a big hit of EXP with completion. But, that in itself is a grind.

Problem is with doing ch22 and such, my guild is a gobbo only RP styled guild so its out of the question for the most part. we always doing RvR and such its just such a crazy grind for something so trivial like guild levels, id honestly be ok with 1-40 leveling being like near instant, its not like having a level 40 guild gives you any insane advantage, just a lot of basic stuff like PvE ports and guild cape etc are locked behind a pointlessly long grind.
