The Key to Success ToK issue.

So I've been trying to do the ToK unlock mentioned in the title, I've found the battered strongbox, opened the first one with a smaller box inside. However the smaller box doesn't do anything when I interact with it. Supposedly following the wiki it's meant to give me a 'Bejewelled Skull'. But nothing happens. Am I missing something? I've got the key and followed the instructions to the letter.

Idk for sure, but sometimes for items that unlocked in the ToK, you dont got these Items directly. You have to go to the Library in your city and "buy" it from an NPC who sells the ToK items, like cloaks, jewlery, pocket items etc. Dont know if thats the case for your Bejewelled Skull too, but maybe it is. So check the Librarians, scroll down their inventory and check if you find your item there.
