There is a trivial solution to such behavior. All skills/procs that can hit more than one target should have their dmg reduced by half. The problem with mindless aoe will solve itself. And this does not apply only to RoB or Dire Shielding but to all aoe spin abilities. Aoe is the scourge of this server

Yep, this is about where I stand. The 2 week test of going back to 9 man AoE had some of the best fights I've seen in RoR in some time. Also, limiting to group doesn't solve anything, we would just use it on 4 different targets who all stand in the same spot.

TUP is proud they are exploiting a bug to ruin the game. A stealthed WH with like 20 stacks of it wiped a warband plus in KV tonight. Should be some punishment for these players...potentially entire guild.
It's not just one instance...just one I was firsthand involved in. No RvR for me and a lot of people until this is fixed. Why should we?

I would say that it would make more sense to classify RoB in the same category as pit of shades or rain of fire and not have multiple instances stack.
Its impact is exacerbated by the fact that WH/WE stealth was so overtuned by torq that they can walk around in melee range of entire warbands and not be detected by anyone.
