Marked for death event quest

Hi,
How does it actually work? I've in full wb for over an hour, killed some marked players but got only 1/5. Can someone explain to me when does it count? Can I buy the bottles somewhere to mark the players?

You get the bottles from the repeatable quests from the event. Think they are found in every warcamp of every RvR lake.

That's the quest. I'm struggling to get kills. It seems like only if u have last hit the kill is counted. It's hard to get last hit in blob.

If you play a tank or a healer you need to join a group that actually gets kills, if your are dps just assist other good dps and you will finish the quest quickly. I finished all of these quests in the event sc as a bad dps assisting good ones.

On my tank and my healer, I finished them very easily. My healer does No dmg and no attacks

Then something is broken for me, I managed to get 2 kills in two seperate missions. I try to target marked players whenever I can and and be all the time with wb when doing the quest. I'm mara so I'm trying to be at the front of battles.
