I don’t see how you can claim that the Slayer is fine when it’s so obvious that it’s the most useless melee DPS class in the game. The WL is vastly superior in every way. It’s more than time to rebalance the Slayer.

Slayer has to be buffed. The changes have failed miserably and everyone that is unbiased knows this.

Devs need to admit that they were wrong and revert the changes or buff. That's all there is to it.
Brynnoth Goldenbeard (40/80) (IB) -- Rundin Fireheart (40/50) (RP) -- Ungrinn (40/40) (Engi)-- Bramm Bloodaxe (40/83) (Slayer) and a few Empire characters here or there, maybe even an elf.

works fine when i play it, no issue maintaining high KD ratio and good winrate in instanced content. still god tier in SCs, 6v6 and especially in city siege. maybe it isn't as powerful in warband/orvr blob gameplay, i will agree with that, but it is FAR from bad if you are playing with a good group and are good yourself. you've some amazing utility like shatter limbs and IHD as well as one of the strongest sustained aoe damage abilities in the game in inevitable doom. isn't easy to play efficiently like WL but it's still good.

Rampage "nerf" was actually a buff. And rampage has never been an issue in reality.
Slayer still maintaining its "killing power" it had.
Agree with gersy here and rephrase it a bit - slayer still slays. Thats all that matters. If you don't understand "how to" just pm the elders. Nobody gonna keep secrets

"The slayer always kills" is about as much of an argument as saying my car with four flat tires still drives. I'll say it again: the problem, since the multiple patches that broke this class, is that it's now below every other DPS class for no valid reason. A class that brings little to the table won't be played much. Case in point: all we see now are WLs or just elves in general.

Mine was 85+ before I lost the motivation to play it, so I think I have enough hindsight to say that the slayer is neither fun nor necessary in any group/WB composition.

As I already said, the issue with Rampage could have been handled differently rather than with a bulldozer approach, but I acknowledge that some adjustments were probably necessary. However, it should have stopped there.

Right now, the class is more frustrating than anything else, with way too many drawbacks—low DPS combined with a ridiculously short lifespan unless you have a solid group backing you up.
. Just look at the number of active Slayers at 80+ to see that there's a problem with this class.

Bring some appeal back to the Slayer—it’s a class that deserves to thrive, not just barely survive.

The elders says(near 90 sl is here) - sl isn't good. None in risk-reward way 100%. The one of the most group and setup depended chars is working good only in Wb/wb+ format(there are not only wb/wb + content in this game, group types included) as mainly 50% inc hd(u will not inv wh for the same reason in your wb, willn't you?) for other dps - mainly wl. One of the most mortal dps in game as a debuffer in one type of group content. Sounds not good.
