Black Screen and Unable to play

Hello, I hope that whoever reads this is having a good morning, afternoon or night. I never installed return of reckoning and it is my first time trying to play. However, once the installation is finished the home screen goes black, I can try to create a character but it still never enters the world. check previous threads with similar problems, try all solutions (update drivers, reinstall directx9, reinstall the game with antivirus disabled, play in window). Ignoring the fact that I followed the installation guide to the letter. I'm frustrated and would really like to try the game. viewtopic.php?t=52711 (older thread from another dude for reference)

I have the same problem and tried everything, nothing works sadly atm. Hope someone has a fix
