Returned player-Missing war crests

Hello

Yesterday logged back from a 4 years break => last day played was in april 2021, long before the currency rework.

All my old currency was converted into war crests, but the amount that i received seems a bit low => only got 438 war crest in exchange of:

-Royal crests: 60
-Invader crests: 29
-Vanq medallion: 116
-Vanq emblem: 242
-Conq medallion: 630
-Conq emblem: 51


I searched on forum and wiki but couldnt find any conversion table from old currency, but something seems weird because if i count only the royal crests => 438/60=7.3, this only seems a realy low exchange ratio (7 war crests for 1 Royal).

Its possible to check if something went wrong with this currency conversion?

Even if its not possible refund the lost crests ("supossed lost") i would love a short explanation about what happened (if its possible).

Definitely something weird happen with my character war crests...

Yesterday played a few RvR, when logged in today have 439 war crests => got 2 mails with rewards for zone locks, one mail with 11 war crests and another one with 42 war crests.

After loot the 2 mails went from 439 to 444 => 439+11+42 = 492...so im missing 48 war crests?

Maybe watch it in Listview. At some low resolutions it only shows three digits instead of four or more.
