Abilities are getting reduced by only 2 points of the mechanic. For example, if I cast 5 healing spells (5 Gork), it would reduce the next damage spell (FotG, Brain Bursts etc.) cast time to 0. For some reason it is only reducing the cast time to 1.2 seconds. I haven't yet tested if it is also not working with Mork.
