WP/dok Shield BIGGER!

I dont mind some shield can look like a Buckler.
But it would look 10 times better if they were bigger size dont you think? (at least a few of them)
Most of the time when i fight a dok take me a few seconds to know if it's a chalice or a shield.
Cant find a picture but saw it a few times on the net wp with a big shield. Would just look better.

Agreed, as an IB enjoyer i never use the shield skins that are dwarf sized bucklers, which end up being the size of dinner plate.

Hard to suspend belief that I can block a 2h black orc with that. Gives Gnome warrior from WoW vibes.

Same theory for little WP shields.

I've got two counter suggestions:

1) If you want a bigger shield, roll a tank
2) Remove shields altogether and go to original designs.

Either way problem solved.

Buckler size shields were the most popular shields through history, because they were very effective. I don't see any problem in blocking a BO with a buckler because guess what, a fighter could and would move his shield to deflect the blow.

They aint gonna put original design and why not tank are not the same class. It's just a visual thing wont do anything on balance.
Could easily have 2-3 shield that are bigger while others are smaller.

shields become smaller because armor get improved to maximilian.
some shields where for duels llike buclers.
just later ppl droped buclers and improved swords (it was dificult carry all time buckler on streets, so they improved garda for sword)

Make Fashionhammer Great Again! Lesser Restrictions for all, more visual diversity! I still want my def-Hammer back on my engi, give heraldry-shields etc to dok and wp, bring back mara-style for chosen and all stuff that makes your appearance unique. Thanks.

I like WP shields, they're big enough IMO. DoK shields on the other hand are ridiculously small, wrist guards at best.

But I'm all for fashionhammer, more appearance choices for everyone is always better!

I don't play WP or DOK, but fashionhammer is the true end game; the more options, the better.
