Disconnecting while zone transitioning

Hey everyone, I've been searching the forums for a similar issue but it doesn't seem to get addressed directly. Any time we transition from map to map our game freezes for about 30 seconds and we get booted to the desktop. Any ideas on how to fix this? We are currently using a graphics addon.

Thank you in advanced!

I'm not an official response or anything, but make sure you've tested with no addons, and then all addons just minus the graphics addon, and then also only the graphics addon. See which scenario it fails in, and you will be able to help narrow down what the cause is.

Also, and this is just for future reference for your curiosity: there are bug reports you can submit. It's in the top right of the screen under "Bug Tracker", and I think it has some single sign linkage to here. The GMs are really good about fixing things when given clear direction, some things less so for a lot of different reasons, but overall excellent. I think there's also an in-game cosmetic reward if you report serious undiscovered bugs, or something a GM deems worthy.

I really appreciate the response! I will absolutely submit a bug report once I can figure out if it was a base game issue or one of the add-ons!
