I'm going to make a SM as ive never really had a proper go with them, would i be better to keep using the 2H or move to a shield?

As always it depends what u wana do! SM is the best class on order side for 2H off tanks and can be good as main assist supporter (edit: good support for all magic dmg classes and wl´s out there .. supporting as 2H or with shild)

If you want to be the ultimate turtle tank then snb but your not going to be doing much of anything with that build, smart destro will ignore you and dumb destro will get bored of hitting you

2h is strong and the class seems oriented towards playing that way

Full offensive. Forget Rugged, gogo FO + CoT tactic.
does it depress you to know just how alone you really are?
Guild: Warbuddy - Orz
Chars: Sixtyniner - Thefatone - Zlota - Gemini.

So what's their survivability like with the 2H? And how's their damage compared to other tanks?
