Increasing Impetus - Triu 6 bonus.
This bonus is useless.
DoK/WP aoe heal is 1 sec cast time. Reducing it by 25% does nothing because GDC is 1.5 so it does nothing.
I propose that this bonus be changed analogously:
On attacking target or direct heal dealt: 5% chance of not being able to set back when casting heal for 5 sec.
