Cannot connect to the servers/no characters

Hello.

I played an hour or two around 2 p.m. . Everything worked well back then.
Now I tried to reconnect to RoR but I cannot connect to the server. The server also shows 0 characters, although I had like 5 on it. But I cannot check if the chars are still available, since it will ask me for "new recruits for fraction x on server y".

It also gave me this error report in the background:
