What ya'll want?(in green)

Its been quite some time since I left my Blorc tank behind. I wanna say I was max weapons and about 3 HV runs from starting my hard sov grind. Nothing drove me away from the game (maybe I was hitting it too hard at the time), I had a lot of fun, but I eventually moved on to other stuff. But I love this game and what it offers so I am back to play once again. Plan A is to bring some tagalongs in and pick whatever supports the classes they find interesting. That is the best case scenario. High population swing PvP is fun for me but might be a hard sell to more casual players. I'm expecting this to be just me on this adventure.

In the likely scenario this is the case I'd rather play destro, and if I'm gonna play destro I'm gonna be green. When I left it felt like a lack of healers was often the difficulty faced in high end RvR for Destro. But its been awhile and maybe that scenario no longer the case (or just my imagination in the first place). So I could pick up the tank again. But just figured I'd ask. If you could add one more low-medium skilled green bean to your end game RvR bands, which do you think would help the most?
