[Reign Of Fire] EU Empire RvR guild

About the concept
Reign Of Fire is an Empire Class-restricted guild focused around largerscale fighting in oRvR.
We have the selfmade Challenge of only playing the Warband viable classes such as Knight, Brightwizard, Warriorpriest.
We play almost daily either our Empire events Tuesday, Thursday, Friday with optinal Land of the Dead in the weekend. And we might be around in mixed-race on other afternoons/evenings in our alt-guild Rescue Team (Dwarves, Elves, WHs)
The metas will change, and instead of having people reroll away from Slayers into Whitelions for example and constantly chasing the dragon, we opted for trying this approach of sticking to the three empire classes since they have some synergy, are somewhat stackable and we happend to main them already.

Our composition and set-ups
- Aoe closerange Brightwizards with party procs
- Mainly Shield knights to control the fight offensively and defensively
- Book Warriorpriests with one Woundsbuff and one Proc tactic per group. Double Syphon acces and groupclenses
- 1 x 2Handed Knight defensively build for debuffing our targets

Potentially including these down the road when we fill up our numbers from 12man to 18 or 24:
- 1 x 2Handed DPS WP for spreading 25%healdebuff procs
- 1 x Full defensive sove BW for spreading Aoe snare proc
- Shield Warriorpriests to test our mobility, survivability, sustain against the debuffs we cant clense

Our scoreboard stats after our guildevents award discord-medals and with enough medals you climb our guild-ranks ingame.

Why not include Witchhunter?
WH CAN work in largerscale fighting absolutely! But without a spamable aoe attack any destro Challenge from a tank will make the WH under a constant minus 30% damage output they simply cant shake off. With the nerfs over the years to Morale bombing, and morale building, we dont see much need to run Dragongun WHs for the drain/pump, and without acces to WhisperingWinds cooldown reduction to half the DG CD we deemed it not included for now. If WH gets an AOE warband build with later changes this is something we will look at, and potentially change our outlook on.

Reign Of Fire is still recruiting.
We have seen big interest and gotten a handful of really really solid friendly players in, in all different levels of gear and experience and everyone working to have fun and pushing the project.

First time tonight we reached our criticalmass with 24/24 full empire warband in Shiningway Fortress.

Cool concept, best of luck to your guild, a distant cry out from me to the devs about the poor non-warband viable classes, please give all classes at least one warband viable spec option so they dont have to experience these in the future

For the reasons mentioned above, Aoe WH build doesnt not synergize or perform that well right now. With a Swordmaster Whispering winds in the group yeah you would get double the uptime on dragonguns.
But morale pumps/drains have been nerfed 2-3 times over the last few years. Morale bombing has been nerfed to have a barrier of 2400 morale damage per second and then any further morale dmg is reduced. So building around draining or pumping seems too onetrick and you play right into a nerf by doing so.
WH cant shake away any Challenge on them, so they play under a perma -30% dmgage reduction debuff as they dont have any spamable aoe to hit the challenging tanks 3 times.

And lastly, our fights we have been having lately have been against multiple warbands at once. We do okay scouting and reading the map/enemy markers without stealthers we have vocal knights performing this role. A WH group would be fun to play as a 3aoegroup 1st singleassist group but right now we are getting swarmed so useing a full group for dealing with 1-2 healers on impact we cant garentee these healers are even in the same warband we are pressureing their dps-line. So singleassist group flanking healerline is not gonna work for us atm.
When all dps careers are getting adressed and niche specs are given a closer look from the balancing team we will keep an eye on the forth Empire class WH. but for now its just providing a spec that plays into too many disadvantages, the action we are getting is not well fitted for the class, and theres very little Empire synergy between this class and the others.

Last night on our event we faced 3destro warbands and we were the only sorta organized Order in the lake as a 12man. We expanded to 18 and later to 24. At no point did the action call for us having an assist group, because of how outnumbered we were in our fights. It was not about scoting as destro only had us to fight and were pvp starved with no other order in the zone. So they came to any direction we went from order WC
That surely must be enough WH talk for now.

We are playing EU primetime Tuesday, Thursday, Friday on Order only.
Outside of our event days we are still active, either gearing in dungeon runs, guildcoin runs, crafting for the guild vault so we can do "guildinvolve" for our events and help with bagrolls and renown gain. Or simply just roaming in RvR on mixed races on rest of the week.

We are potentially looking for an alliance with likeminded players to play with throughout the week, where we can help eachother fill if needed on different days.
