Denied Live Event Rewards

Last night during NA time (New York time zone) around midnight, there was a server crash. We were fighting in Dragon Wake. Once Dragon Wake was zone locked I was going to turn in the last step of "The Tainted Child" for the Live Event 60 day reward. Also, I was going to spend the Pyre Offering currency I had accumulated during the event. Now, I understand that crashes do occur from time to time and the staff does a great job keeping this game running smoothly. What I am requesting is an opportunity to claim the Live Event rewards I was denied. I am sure there are other people who were also going to claim the rewards before the Live Event was scheduled to close. Thank You for time and consideration.

Yeah, I was on the last boss on a PQ and was heading to the city with a number of characters to trade in offerings. I shouldn't have waited to the last minute.

Feast of Shoika Live Event NPCs have been respawned temporarily until next server restart, due to a bug we encountered and they disappeared too early.
