I've been trying to make some short sequences to at least slightly cut down the amount of buttons I need to press on my gaming keypad. My hands are literally sore from playing after a few hours. I'm not really all that used to this kind of setup, had it for just about a year, and it is extremely difficult to type on it since none of the keys are marked (obviously), not to mention that rotating even a single fingertip to quickly press 3-4 keys in flawless succession is destroying my hands. Now sure, having a mouse with a keypad (or configurable buttons) on the left side does help, but some classes (like a Blackguard) are just so damn hard to play, that you need to come up with rotations for offense against DPS, another for tanks, another for healers, defensive ones to increase survivability and other ones, like one that's just reserved for fighting those completely broken Witch Hunters!
Currently I have a few abilities, which I'm just not using on the regular due to this very issue (a lot of the time I just mouse click on them), BUT I did notice that a lot of the people who I'm fighting (especially the geared ones) are using some form of macros or maybe they got sequencer working? For example, they use potions always when their health reaches something like 30-40% HP and go in to stealth soon after. Maybe they are also using a gaming keypad to quickly execute everything, I just don't know.
Anyway, since some classes are just so extremely demanding I was wondering if there is a working version of Sequencer? So far I've been getting a lot of conflicting information. Some people say that their sequences are working fine, some say that only their old sequences are working fine (but not the new ones), and some say that they have some Cast Sequencer or something, which is supposedly superior, but I can't find it anywhere. I haven't played in years, so I'm kind of out of the loop when it comes to addons, so can someone explain to me what exactly is happening? Is there perhaps some kind of alternative to Sequencer or this Cast Sequencer I've been hearing of? Maybe a fix for the base Sequencer?
Sequencer broken / not working at all?

Re: Sequencer broken / not working at all?
My version worked last time i checked. Sometimes its pretty buggy, so better create basic skill chains with similiar skill efects and cd. It not allow to use potions.
Noximilien - AM, Severi - SM, Ravandin - SW, Celebor - WL, Ernwald - WH, Demandred - BG, Mesana - Sork, Beliar - DoK.
Re: Sequencer broken / not working at all?
For me, the only thing that works is the timer and reset on target switch, otherwise it does nothing, unless the abilities in the chain don't have a CD, but even then, the addon just has a tendency to just stop working.
Sometimes, I put a useless ability at the end of a chain to extend the cooldown, for example, 15 seconds since last used, that's kinda useful, but even then, sometimes the timer itself isn't accurate, so those 15 seconds can turn in to 16-17 seconds. At least Aura and Buffhead are helping me keep track of everything, and just in case, I have some backup buttons to re apply effects when they get removed early, plus alerts.
Hmmm, then how are people using potions so quickly at around 30-40% HP? Even with my setup, pots are just another thing I tend to click quite often. A lot of the time, I don't even want to buy them just due to the sheer amount of keys I'm using. I have a few more to spare, but it already feels like I'm pressing wayyyyy too many!
