Revert the War Report change.
The changes to War Report make no sense, an ability that is on a 20 minute cool down and only usable out of combat, how is this hurting balance? Wow I might avoid getting zerged once every 20 minutes...Hey zerglings maybe put me into combat or go blob off onto some other poor ****** who got blindsided or their WR is on cool down. This change is one of the more anti player changes in a while.

Careful with the criticism of their acts. I did and they removed my comment and accused me of trying to stir things up. Which is not true at all. In fact, I want what is best for the community. When i disagreed with the T1 event and i told them i believe it will be unsuccessful. The use of guild protectors to guard the new players from twinks is not good for anyone. Because they will have to learn to fight twinks at some point or another. Just like you and i had to learn to fight twinks. Anyhoo when i look at the population on a Saturday night and there is only 300 ppl on then I would say that the t1 event was unsuccessful. And i am correct.

I for one enjoy the change, you are playing a PvP game that rewards those who risk. HAHAHA "Rewarding Risk" Is outrageous statement about current RoR PvP. I agree the change was unnecessary. Before you could avoid being zerged once every 20 minutes, now you can not. I hope that all the big wb around enjoy their extra 20rp from killing soloer

The change itself is reasonable. I don't think it should be reverted.
People used WR to escape UNFAIR fights like 4 vs 12 or 12 vs 48. The problem is in the blobbing. If you are a small scale player, you would use it frequently to escape warbands and blobs.
The thing is - we need more reasons for small scale/solo/duos to exist. The MOST efficient way to play in the lakes right now is to blob. The more - the better.
We need complete RvR lake overhaul to punish blobbing and for small scale to make sense in terms of rewards, renown and ability to have decent fights from time to time. But in a way, I agree with OP. Making WR on 5 second cast WITHOUT making changes I mentioned above is a bit punishing for small scale which struggles quite heavily already.

Warreport on Live & RoR was obviously made to direct people TO the action, not away from death.
If people want smallerscale then go to the other open zone, take a flag and some ganker will come or a smaller trio etc. Plenty of 1v1s and duo, trios from my experience when you dont want the mainzone wc to wc action there are options.
I also think the blobs are an issue and the game have too little incentive to split out across the map and objectives, but the warrreport nolonger being instant was long overdue.
