Should be. Would be cool to know when it is going to happen a few weeks before and not just 1 week before it starts.

BIS items should not be gated behind an event which only lasts 1-2 weeks but thats another topic

Only time will tell, there are many events we have planned Twilight's Tide is on our radar. We will see about an update soon on some future planned events, however remember in RoR things can change suddenly.
