These macro changes favouring orders realm more. Individual balance got his up and downs but that is process that is not over yet
True and completely agreed. (LOTD winning comparison). LOTD functions differently to city though.
While in city funneling and stacking gets rewarded in LOTD it gets punished by debuff.
In city you have to attack a specific point and no real surpise is possible. In LOTD you can do some fancy BO stuff to surprise the enemy and also have the neutral faction taking back BOs.

I don't think we have enough data as also player activity has to be taken into accoung (active organized warbands each time, ~equipment level, classes and much more). But yes, at first glance it looks like order got stronger on open fields compared to before. I wouldn't bet on it tho' as long as I dont have stats/data that can really confirm this.

I don't think the meta is why Order is winning previous LotD. This is more an organisation issue from the Destruction where too few organized WB are playing this game mode compare to Order, the lack of leadership in the zone and the fact that a lot of Destruction is solo queueing.

Last LOTD showed that destro suffer same issue that order had months ago, no true cooperation and lack of understanding map. There was a Warband caping order side while mid was strugling. We could keep up in points for some time, but missing warband caping BOs in backline eventually snowballed to collapse mid and start arguing in chat.

That is because some of the normally Destro warband leaders are now playing on Order for LotD for reasons unknown ... although my guess is some combo of boredom or ego.

Anyway, I wouldn't read too much into the sudden resurgence of "Order" in LotD. It will disappear when they do.

I do the RvR stats website and have studied the numbers since inception >1year ago.

The single biggest factor who wins is how many organized warbands a realm has vs the other. Only when this is balanced (uncommon) do things like different career strengths come into play.

It is fair to say, however, that class balance does influence which side some organised WBs want to play and they will gravitate towards stronger realm/comps if they can.

Shoreditch (Zealot)
Vhannos (Chosen)

This is the truth of LoTD and most open rvr.
Organized guild warbands > balance

Do something with sorc & bw, and stop the 'sorcs are fine' rederic. Some of us like to main the classes.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

it's a miserable day for a tank when you realize that none of your defensive stats are even checked against the stuff that actually threatens to kill you
