Groumf's parcer doesn't include the healing provided by the hammer, but if it's equivalent to the conqueror's proc it's a very important healing.

I was wondering if it procs too often tho, as dont u get the healing only if you dont have the buff running already (like in that WE fight in tala in my clip its constatly on)
