Hiding "Click to view next action bar"

In the default UI, there is a little icon with a number, an up arrow, and a down arrow that, when moused over, shows "Click to view next action bar" or "Click to view previous action bar" at the end of EVERY hotbar.

Is there a specific addon that can hide this element? Is there a setting in the game that hides this that I keep missing? It was previously hidden, but I changed some addons around and after extensive troubleshooting I can't seem to figure out which addon handled this.

Eh, I always do this -- ask for help, then the last thing I try solves it LOL

It was TexturedButtons, typing /texturedbuttons opens the config menu and you can hide the element from there.
