I may be slightly biased here, but personally I absolutely love Karaz-a-Karak and all my characters made it their new home as soon as it was opened. Its visual design is amazing, and it also includes a ton of interesting quests and unlocks to find and characters to meet - all of which really adds a lot to how the culture of the dawi is represented in game. Easily the best update to the game ever. And I think several in our regiment would agree with that. After all, we gather our forces in the center of Karaz-a-Karak before each of our warbands.

But well, yeah ... let's trust the player who is active for 3-4 months (registered) with 2 posts in total on his take on server balance and what "is killing it"
Agree, how about players from 2014 who are not forum warriors? Ah sorry you don't know how to look it. :D :D

But tell me forum warrior, Who are you to determine whose voice is important?

If you can't get organized, just do something else. If you are playing RvR you can go SC or PvE or vice versa. Or just log off, cool down, and log again on a couple of hour. The overall balance of the game is in a good place, the numbers prove it. Balance is not what makes you lose players. The nerfed button ban made a lot of ppl leave, but balance just don't.
Yep, agree, logoff and uninstall that was done. Again, not the first time. And Idk when I'll install it again. Maybe in the next year (if it will still alive) or maybe never.

PvE, Quests, Events and let's say the Greenskin and Dwarf cities are not developed by the same people who work on the the aspects that this topic is mostly referring to.

People need to understand this first and foremost, since it is a common confusion. And you can not just swap those people to do something else since each task has different technical requirements.

If you know a programing language, you can always sign up to help the server fix more serious issues, but those kinds of applications I am sure are as rare as a winning lottery ticket.

Some Order loves to troll in rvr zones with multiple blue rams being destroyed. Then from what I have seen, some Destruction player oppose sieging because they want to farm kills. So, in orvr, the situation can be quite erratic on both sides to be fair.
In SCs, isn't there an option to queue for the PUG scenario on rotation only?

Problems:
1) Balance
2) Matchmaking
3) Bugs and exploits
4) New content and activity

Balance

The current balance is based on simple principles:
1) Destro > order
2) Stealth > no stealth
3) Mdps > rdps
4) defend for offensive

Matchmaking

Beginners leave the project after reaching level 40, so when they enter the event scenario, they are thrown against assembled and experienced groups. The longer you delay solving this issue, the fewer players are written to the scenes and the less room for maneuver for you. At the second stage, the capitals also need to be redone.
I don't get your current balance order being "Destro > Order" If you talk scenarios no matter what side you play on if you are solo queueing you will get smashed by enemy side most of the time, if you mean RVR then you are also wrong because most of the time the zone is either on the equal numbers or in favour of order and we are talking about ~15h 30min of a day order rekts destro (this includes mostly NA time), 5h 30 min is destro having fun (mostly at the end of NA hours and eu mid to late primetime) and 3h is fair fight (early EU primetime) And this is how it mostly sits on, this is how the 24h time distribution is always when i look at the orvr stats. majority of the day is order having higher numbers most of the time.

This is just straight up wrong and you can check here: https://www.rvrstats.additionweb.co.uk/

54% Destro to 46% Order in the last 24h, at the time of this being posted.

"order rekts destro (this includes mostly NA time)" - Are you kidding? Big Inc has been playing almost every single night for the past what, month? HoB also logs in at the tail end of EU and stays for a bit during NA. NA is the most one sided timezone by far.

"5h 30 min is destro having fun (mostly at the end of NA hours" - Again, completely off and the other reason why NA is one sided. Late NA is when The Jempire and sometimes Old School logs in, fights Big Inc for 30min and then Order dominates. Late NA is the only timezone where Order has more numbers (unless Formosa decides to log Order during EU mornings, which they've done once in the last 30 days) and it still depends entirely if those guilds decide to play. When they don't, Destro consistently has more numbers.
