Torrent version OUTDATED??

Hi, i have a problem.
I downloaded the torrent version of the game.
Copied to another disk in "games" dir.
Downloaded launcher from this site.
When i start launcher, it check files and i have to wait for it to download 2530 more files. My nice 100Mb internet cant do it right and my download speed is 0.4mB/sec.
So it will take days to finish the download.

Can someone share a link to a updated torrent version or maybe some updated files link please?
