If someone is MORE than 180 degrees behind you (i.e. 181 degrees from the right), then they are LESS than 180 degrees from the other direction (left), or in this exact example, 179 degrees to the left.
Yeah, that's why I wrote that in that case you have to turn the other way and use the other strafe button to be able to shoot at them.
