AA damage bugged, broken, nerfed ?

Hi,

i recognized extremly lowered dmg output on my IB.

something is broken with the AA dmg.

current:

1h AA (weapon: 28dps, speed 2,7s) dmg: 76 --> should be: 76 dmg per swing (no STR ?)

2h AA (weapon: 40,6dps, speed 3,8s) dmg: 108 --> should be: 154 dmg per swing (no STR and xx% lower?)

so something is broken with STR in the formula and the 2h dmg is xx% lowered.

Issue confirmed. Someone added a "return 0" into GetAttackDamage, so all auto attacks are ignoring WDPS.
