Can't login to server

Hello!
After i change my name of my character lvl40 warrior priest, i tried to connect to server, got dc and now i can't login into the character screen,
it says Login timed out

Char of the name i change - Trillo (old name Hiroe((made a new char with that name after the change)))
Already tried to repair the launcher, nothing changed
