Xrealming has completely ruined this game

I share your concern. Perhapse instead of limiting access to the game as a solution, the devs could incorporate a reward system for those that stick it out when the going gets tough.

I have no real thought on details for such a rewards system but it could incorporate an algorythm that determines a reward based on numbers of participants on each side and number of wins each side has in face of these numbers, giving more weight to wins where the odds are against them and thus more reward.

The reward could be accressable to both sides but made easier for those that have the balance of the game population against them. Surely some will try to take advantage, it is human nature. But if this is done and tweeked over time. it could be serve as a solution to our woes.

Just a thought so don't troll nuke me

In game i have only one character (on destro) so reward is not my personal problem, but tell me what kind of reward will make up for being beaten like a dog ?

How will this reward motivate me to go in to keep defence whit huge aao and just getting stomped there? It wont.
Thats why most of the times keeps are just being handed over whit lil to no fight at all(when about 60aao)
Its not fun being in a helpless situation that u cant do nothing about and being overpowered.
Even if you form a good coordinate push or hold whit everyone you just are overpowered by sheer size of the army of the attackers.

We need to make a fighting chance for the underdog so it wont just be about manpower.

I'm assuming a valid propose should be a comeback mechanic for the underdog? Comeback mechanics are ones of the most hated mechanics by pvp players.
Players earned a position seeing stripped away because of the game decision(not player driven) is a no no.

Shouldn't been a win in an heavily outnumbered situation but should be a learning in defeat, and the first step in showing up, the after vendor campaign is the progression even in defeat. Until now the system stops at showing up and gives no hope of progression.

Will I show up in an helpless city for having a slightly chance to get a trimph insigna discounted afterwards? Or off-sov pieces discounted on fort? Or googles in dragonwake? I would show up and fight. Keep in mind, is not enough showing up at the end, or just for that map, or idling for hours...should be a commitment in the activities, say hello to objectives!

i don't mind the lockout simply because i don't like xrealming every 30 minutes, even every hour. i burn through consumes and it's confusing as to whom is still on which side if everyone is spam swapping.

If people are tired of loosing and tired of getting farmed stop blaming xrealming and just join a better guild. Even with 60-100% aao the better guilds are getting kills and having fun.

Sure, and what about the 240% that we just had like an hour ago?

Also is quite easy to see that most ppl is pug. You can go and say em 'join a guild get good' and you know what gonna happen? they eventually leave the game and Eu prime will be like NA. Good Job.

This whole "get a gud guild" thing is just denial of the core game system problems. For the record there are only two warband guilds out there that I have observed ("Jempire" and "Freebootaz") that will actually fight when the odds are stacked against them.

All the other "elite" guilds get wiped a couple of times, complains the other side is "zerging" and logs or switches.

So, yeah, get over the "git gud" argument because it is not productive.
