[Black Orc] Tyrant Cloak Appearance

As the title said, I saw a Black Orc player wearing that cloak today, I was waiting for it's appearance in game for a long time, can someone tell me how to get it pleaze ?

Yeah, you saw one of Sullemunks chars. He also has tyrant appearance on shaman.

Yeah idk why they still gatekeep them for years. They showed that they can add new stuff to game, so even if they need some items for new dungeoins, they can use original models as boilerplate and with minor changes introduce new items.

Tyrant armor comes from Tomb of the Vulture Lord, Land of the Dead dungeon. Tyrant armor will be released with ToVL. But I wouldn't hold my breath yet, Lost Vale with Darkpromise armor will be released before ToVL and theres not any ETA on even that yet.
