Warp black dye. How can i get it? Thank you in advance

You can't anymore they are extremely rare event rewards. There might be some for sale on the AH

This dye was last available during the 2022 Halloween event as a reward for the Daemon Fingers earned via Pan De Monium. (It cost 1000 fingers, so was fairly expensive.)

There's a chance it may return again next Halloween, but no guarantee yet, so we'll have to wait and see!

As Infexion mentioned, they are tradeable, so if players still have some, you might be able to get it from them.
