Appeals are intended for suspensions of greater than 24 hours.
This means when you try to log into the game, you are blocked from doing so and cannot login. It's unlikely permanent appeals will be successful as this is the last punishment we hand out. If a ban is less than 24 hours, you may not receive a PM as this is below our reporting threshold. If you cannot login AND do not receive a message on the launcher, you are not banned and should seek technical assistance.
