You want around 700 in Strength/Toughness/Wounds once you hit around RR 40-50, then 800 each once you hit RR 70 or so. In endgame gear you can generally only push two of the stats higher than that. I usually run around 900 Strength, 800 Toughness, and 950 Wounds.
That's the totals with Auras, Tactics and potions added in.
If you run with the Daemonclaw tactic, when it procs it pushes your Strength up the 1050 soft cap and your Toughness up to around 950.
You can change that to have more Toughness or Wounds if you prefer, but I've found that 900-950 Strength is close to the limit you can get for it, any more DPS has to be acquired through Melee Power.
